Here’s a video about an apparatus I built for a project investigating the rheology of industrial chocolate manufacturing. For legal purposes, at the time of recording, I couldn’t use the word “chocolate,” but yep, it’s chocolate!
In the summer of 2022 I got the chance to participate in TRACER, a DoE funded atmospheric field experiment investigating if pollution makes thunderstorms more severe.
This project is a great example of how an Arduino and a few cheap components can give an otherwise prohibitively expensive research idea some life.
